Our Team

Experienced Compliance Officer|CF10, CF10a, CF11|SMCR delivery, conduct and business conduct training |Asset, Funds or Private Wealth Management.

After qualifying as an ACCA in 1989, Anthony moved into risk and compliance in 1990. He has worked in and with niche private banks and global investment (funds) management firms both in the U.K and Europe, providing them with business orientated risk and compliance solutions.

Anthony then extended his skills and knowledge into a consulting service, called Business360, from 2005.

Positions have included CF10, CF11 & CF10a. This extensive experience has primarily focused on advising senior management | Boards with the information they require to successfully meet their regulatory obligations, as well as team management and supporting firms through situations where the organisation had identified regulatory issues requiring remediation and resolution.

These roles have provided Anthony with not only a deep understanding of the rules and regulatory standards, also a deeper level of insight as to what good looks like. With this deeper insight he successfully supported TISA on developing guidance from the perspective of the ‘Individual’ in-scope of SMCR, that seeks to facilitate their membership to embed and evidence positive conduct & behaviours.

During lockdown Anthony designed and developed (with his technical team) a SMCR solution that integrates the rules and standards into employee lifecycle processes. F&P360 launched in December 2020.

Senior Qualified HR Practitioner with over 28 years’ experience.

After graduating with a Post graduate diploma in Personnel Management and later a Masters in Human Resource Management both from Middlesex University she commenced her career as a Management Trainee with British Railways. Farida took voluntary redundancy just as the railway entered the private sector and has held a number of HR positions in Retail; Supermarkets, High Street, Out of Town outlets, Distribution, Consultancy, Beauty and Telecoms. Farida has had responsibility for businesses across the UK, Europe, Ireland, Far East, USA, Australia and the Middle East.

She now runs her own HR Consultancy Business.

She has a passion for seeing people and businesses progress personally and professionally and sees the success of her teams and clients as her success. Passionate about demonstrating how business aligned HR strategy, development and robust two-way communication can engage a workforce and increase productivity and R.O.I.

25 years’ experience in Strategic growth, Leadership and Culture change.

Roma has supported, advised, and mentored individuals at Main Board level in both SME and larger enterprises (£1m – £45m t/o) in many sectors, including Financial Services as well as “Blue Chip” organisations. All businesses share the common goal of accelerating growth as a result of taking advantage of specific market sector opportunities.

In addition to her role as strategic adviser and consultant, Roma sits on the Board of a Social Enterprise (Verulam Community Radio Ltd), is a Trustee for a City of London Educational Trust (The Norwegian Scholars Trust) and on the Governance committee for a City of London Membership organisation (The United Wards Club).

She is immediate past Chairman of another City membership organisation (The Bridge Ward Club) and Senior Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire Business School, lecturing in Strategy on the MSc Business & Organisation Strategy, MSc Management and MBA programmes.

In 2006 she was nominated for and awarded Freedom of the City of London in recognition of her ‘services to Management Consultancy’.

Hanif is the Solutions Architect at Business360 Ltd.

He is responsible for systems architecture and overseeing the technical development of the F&P360 solution.

Hanif has worked at both strategic and detailed technical level implementing both single and ‘multi-cloud’ Salesforce solutions.He has worked with multiple Salesforce Partners delivering projects in a variety of sectors including Financial Services.
